Visual Design for Presentations

The focus of this program is to teach participants how to extend the principles learned from the program “Persuading through Logic” to the design of data-driven visuals. The overarching principle is that visuals must support the messages developed in the storyline. To achieve this, participants learn the value of one message per slide, what chart forms best support what messages, and how to keep the presentation simple and clean. The specific modules include:

- Charting quantitative data
- Designing text visuals using principles for logical groupings
- Developing concept visuals
- Tracking your story.

“I wish the entire office could participate”
