Linda Long, Ph.D., founded Strategic Communication Consulting in 1993. Over this time period, the firm has worked with US-based clients ranging from major consultancies to nonprofits to Fortune 1000 companies on improving communications. While the firm’s specialty is persuasive communications (including problem structuring, data synthesis leading to logical storylines, and execution in written, visual, and oral forms), we also consult in team building and change communications.

With a total of 28 years in the field of communication, Linda worked for 6 years as a Communication Consultant for McKinsey & Company and has had her own consulting practice for 12 years. She has also taught at various universities, including the masters level management programs at: Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois; the Jones School of Rice University in Houston, Texas; and Goizueta Business School at Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia; as well as the undergraduate programs at The University of Houston and others.
